The prices vary depending on the period and the number of nights:


Double room from 80 to 180 Euros per night
Triple room from 90 to 200 Euros per night
Apartment of 35 m^2, sleep 2 from 90 to 250 Euros per night
Apartment of 40 m^2, sleep 2 from 100 to 270 Euros per night
Apartment, sleeps 3 from 110 to 280 Euros per night
Apartment, sleeps 4 from 120 to 300 Euros per night

Rates include:

• utilities: water, electricity, gas and heating / air conditioning.
• use of all facilities on the farm: pool and solarium in summer, parking, children’s playground and barbecue.
• cleaning at end of stay.
• weekly change of linens.

Rates do not include the tourist tax of €1.40 per person per night applied from May 1st to September 30st. Children under 16 and people with disabilities are exempt. The tourist tax will be applied only to the first 14 days of stay.

Payment:

• 1) bank transfer on booking of about 1/3 of the total.
• 2) balance in cash, check or credit card upon delivery of the keys.

Cancellation policy: he booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit, and after that point, cancellation will entail forfeiture of the latter. In case of cancellation received within 30 days of Check in, if the property receives a new reservation which covers the entire canceled period, the deposit may be used for another stay. Check-in is after 17:00 pm on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10 AM on the day of departure, unless other arrangements have been made. If you do not check in by 9 pm on the day of arrival, your booking will be considered cancelled unless prior notice is given.
